A couple of others with basic GIS integration that come to mind straight away are tDAR and OpenContext (built and maintained by the Alexandria Archive).
Ideally, I would love to see support that permits integration with GIS platforms like ArcGIS, QGIS, etc. with portal access, so we can move beyond visualisation and really go into analysis across platforms - something that I think @Michael Lynch stressed in the introduction as well.
I have queried our digital data folks in Archaeology just a moment ago to get their advice as well.
