Move set -e in run parallel scripts to after directives #7

set -e command needs to be after the PBS directives in all 'run_parallel' scripts, not before. Having it before the directives causes the issue described in https://github.com/Sydney-Informatics-Hub/RNASeq-DE/issues/3
