Reincorporate mzML support #22

This was initially dropped due to https://github.com/vdemichev/DiaNN/issues/777

Would be good to reincorporate it as an option.

This could utilise the Linux version of DiaNN rather than the Wine-installed version - the Linux tool runs faster.
