Assembly output directories #12

Megahit will terminate with exit status 1 if outdir exists. If dir exists, a dir with timedata is used to ensure uniqueness. Change this, because it makes for downstream pipeline incompatibility.

Replaced the delete directory step with a Megahit --continue flag
