Rstudio working
Using CVMFS as data source
Confirm and finalise container and tool versions
Consultation with SIH informatics team re: saving space on containers

[x] Write runsheet for day 2
[x] Identify which files and in what structure are to go on CVMFS for day 2
[x] Identify structure of day2 directory for participant VMs
