Groups of scans being split incorrectly in latest version #105

This is how it used to work -

the right way

Now it's doing this -

the_wrong_way

This is probably due to the accession number / scan id changes - see #99

The session label now has a scan id - this was introduced in an earlier deidentification push, so I could make it configurable or just take it out

Fix for this - allow scan id collation to be an option but don't let the session label be fully configurable
