Multiple scan types for a single patient are being overwritten

for eg - if a patient has multiple scan types like:

• 1-REPORT PDF
• 1-Scouts Supine
• 4-Lung Thins
• 5-Supine Expiration 1_20mm
• 6-Scouts Prone

All of the dicoms are being uploaded into a resource called 1-Scouts Supine, and dicoms with the same filename are being overwritten
