Space for annotating cells #2

I think it would be good to replace the cellSummary DataFrame with spatialCoords and cellAnnot. cellAnnot can contain additional information beyond cellType for each cell. cellSummary() can be kept to merge spatialCoords and cellAnnot for downstream analysis.
