Issue 1: Sidebar chat and Create Group scrollbars are not working.

The scrollbars for the Sidebar chat and Create Group sections are not working. You can use a package to fix this, but the scrollbar should only appear when I hover over the sidebar; otherwise, it should remain hidden. you can check Elementchat.js

• The scrollbar shows when the user hovers
• You can use any package.
