Update to Rocket rc3 #3

Since this crate's last release, Rocket has progressed to rc3. It would be nice to be able to use the up-to-date version of Rocket. (And other crates, rsass has released several new versions which should also make it capable of more things)

Basically right after I posted this, it looks like rc.4 is being released: https://github.com/SergioBenitez/Rocket/commit/24ca5e8783f5aea1569df64679ed6dccff168366. No rush, it looks like this crate still compiles with a forward patched version, just an update.
