Issue Description: Current Issues:

The form alignment doesn't match the page's CSS design.
The submit button has a simplistic design that doesn't align with the page's aesthetics.
Form field validation lacks a polished appearance and functionality.

Proposed Changes:

Adjust the CSS to ensure the form aligns with the overall page design.
Enhance the visual styling of the submit button to fit the page's aesthetics.
Improve the validation and validation feedback for form fields to create a more user-friendly experience.
