[ui-upgrade]: Create Reusable Header and Footer #205

Header and Footer code is repeated in every page which is resulting in inconsistencies.

Expected behavior Consistent Header and Footers on all pages.

Additional context The problem can be solved by adding the code to separate files and just importing it wherever required.
