add Tech Quiz Project #510

Describe the bug i have tech quiz project . in that tech person can test him/her self what knowledge he/she has about tech.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Home page'
  2. Click on 'select which technology you want to text'
  3. Scroll down to 'to the second question'
  4. See error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
