Output tty colours in the instructions file. This should probably have a --colour parameter and default to off.

Still to do:

Add a --tty-colours command line flag to enable colour output
Optimise command codes. Currently instructions files are about 170MiB from all the repetition of control codes.
(experimental) Try colouring the hue (or all) values of the palette output with approximately the right hue. Maybe also make it faint/bold depending on saturation/lightness? Not sure if any of this stuff will look good or not.
