I'm struggling to get some mimetype Icons to work. I'm running a pretty vanilla install of Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm). gruvbox_mimetype_screenshot Everything else looks great. gruvbox_mimetype_screenshot_2

I can't reproduce it in any way with any package I've published. I've even installed Debian bookworm (kde). How did You install the pack?

Also not everything else looks great:

Also not everything else looks great:

* firefox icon is not working; what version is that? how installed? can You give me xprop output?

* libre office icon - same as above

I installed from gnome-look.org download. Apparently it was an old or broken package. I reinstalled from github and it looks better. My guess is the firefox and libreoffice are wrong because they're flathub installs. Thanks for your quick response. If you have any idea how to change flathub icons I'll certainly appreciate the advice. Screenshot from 2024-02-20 21-50-08 Screenshot from 2024-02-20 21-51-00

Flatpak apps don't respect system themes. I spent some time trying to figure it out and for now I give up. It was my first contact with Flathub so I have to learn how it works and found out that it causes too much troubles if you want to display icons/themes properly. Especially with connections with Gnome. LibreOffice and Firefox from Flathub can coexist with versions installed in a different way, so it's easy to compare them. In Gnome Flatpak icons are not respected, but in KDE they work just fine. For now I don't know how to approach it. On my defence I noticed that other icon packs works the same, which means it's the issue on the Flathub side.
