Rendering issue of some icons #47

Hello SylEleuth, idk if that's the right place to ask, btw... I recently re-installed Arch Linux with kde plasma, and I tried to download your icon pack. The problem is that many icons seem rendering incorrectly. I'm saying that since I remember using the icon pack before reinstalling Arch, and i remember a "lighter" black in the backgrounds and other elements (I can see that also by comparing my icons with the ones displayed in the README). 1

The screenshot shows icons choosing option in plasma settings. You mean icons are rendering like that everywhere else? What version You installed? Can You try with previous one? Can You try with different packs? Those "black" icons are help.svg and document.svg and I haven't touch them whatsoever so I'm not sure what is going on. I assume it might be something on the system side.

Yeah they're showing like this everywhere in the system. I'll try previous versions

EDIT: yeah, tried 5.0 and the issue persists. Maybe some missing dependencies? This problem occurred on a fresh install btw, with plasma 6

I'm still on plasma 5.27. I will try 6 on vm but can't do that at the moment, maybe in a few days. Then I will let You know how it works on my side. In the meantime can You install different icon packs? E.g. Papirus, Tela, Vimix?

I forgot I have plasma 6 on my laptop. I can see there is a problem, but only with some of scalable icons. Monochromes are all ok. That is extremely weird behaviour. I will look into it, might take some time. Sorry for that.

Found the culprit. It seems that Plasma 6 breaks icons when there is a blur applied. Plasma 5 was just ignoring it. Yesterday evening I've finished devices. Today I will continue but amount of icons is huge and I can't automate this. I hope I'll finish within a week, but I have my limits. Be patient. I will close an issue when the job will be done.

I've eradicated every blur element that I and my friends find and grep could find. It should be mostly fine, except small things that were related to the blur, e.g. solid elements misplaced or ending in the wrong places. But those won't be visible without max zooming it in Inkscape. I will fix it in the future but for now it's not a priority.
