Fix 'Unknown "locale" filter' error #150

This prevents a 500 error. According to my tests, it's the only change needed to make this plugin compatible with 1.7

Could this please be merged? Without it, the plugin doesn't work on Sylius 1.7. I've just tested it myself, and it fixes the issue for me.

We would need tests to be passing to merge this fix and release it, even if fails are not related to the change itself
