Remove php7.2 as active support has ended 11 month ago
Add php7.4 support

Sylius

Drop Sylius 1.4 (End of life Jun 4, 2020)
Drop Sylius 1.5 (End of life Sep 10, 2020)
Add support checks for 1.7
Add support checks for 1.8
