Also update the app description to include "Django" app.

It might be better to include screenshots and also a disclaimer that only .edu email works for now (any only Gsuite users?).

Yeah documentation always seems to come last doesn't it 😭. I have made a post asking for new developers so I will be working on a "How to Start" script for them
