I believe this should technically close #54.
Per a Slack discussion, the inline previews are a bit too small to be useful, so just open each syllabi on a new page instead.
In the future, clicking the button could link to a bigger preview page w/ other info like uploaded date, comments, etc., if we want to do that.
It looks exactly the same as before (even though they're now as and not buttons), so no image included.
