support for WSL #109

when running WSL2 with nvtop, gpu usage is stuck at 0, despite showing accurate video ram usage, and reporting other gpu info correctly (model, freq, temp etc)

Not certain why this is the case, it might be a driver limitation on WSL2 or something. You might have better chances asking the WSL2 devs.
