Noreporting for Intel GPU despite building with `-DINTEL_SUPPORT=ON`

Despite building nvtop 3.0.2 with -DINTEL_SUPPORT=ON, starting it shows:

This version of Nvtop is missing support for reporting Intel GPU memory, power, fan and temperature

This is expected, as per this snippet from the release notes of nvtop 3.0.0:

• Intel GPU support
  • Partial for this release due to pending kernel patches. See the Intel section of the README for more information
  • Works (any): detect GPU with name and clock speed
  • Works on Linux kernel >= 5.19: GPU usage, encode/decode usage, processes running on GPU.
  • Not supported yet: Memory (GPU and processes), Memory clock, fan, power, RX/TX data exchange rate.
  • Uses libsystemd (requires sd-device) or libudev (on systems without systemd or sd-device) to detect the devices and extract some GPU metrics

Ideally, the message should be updated to be a bit clearer though.

Adding to this issue that support will eventually need to be added for the Xe kernel module. Of course, I suppose it might not be a good idea to follow it in lockstep until it actually stabilizes and is merged into the upstream kernel proper.
