Troubles with Driver Version: 450.51.05 #73

After updating drivers to 450.51.05 and CUDA to 11 I can't install nvtop anymore:

sudo apt install nvtop

 nvtop : Depends: libnvidia-compute-418 but it is not going to be installed

Are you using Ububtu by any chance? If so, they added dependency to a pinned nvidia-compute package and are not updating the nvtop package dependency in time. See #68. I have no way to fix this upstream unfortunately. The easiest workaround is to follow the compilation process in the README.
