Impossible to initialize nvidia nvml : Driver/library version mismatch #95

Whenever I install nvtop on my Linux Mint installation I get this error. It does not matter whether I install it via apt, apt-get, the software manager, or by cloning and building. In all cases attempting to run it causes this. I am using the latest proprietary Nvidia driver and a GTX 1650. How do I fix this? Thank you in advance.

I solved the issue by deleting all Nvidia packages from my computer and installing the latest driver again. I do not know why it didn't work in the first place, but I fixed it nonetheless.
