The "Goto Stream" option in the Stream Configuration Dialog currently 
only supports going to the first stream (i.e. Stream 0) and not to any 
stream - this is why the EditBox is grayed out. Once support is added to 
goto any stream, the EditBox will be enabled and you can enter a stream 
number in it.
