Not working on touch devices #103

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using a touch device like iPhone.
2. Open a diagram and try to move a table via drag and drop

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tables can be moved.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
There is no drag and drop functionality on touch devices.

Please provide any additional information below.
This bug/feature request is just informational, I think it is not a very 
demanded feature. I just recognized it.
