Load xml to load from file #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. To load an existing model you need to copy paste the xml

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be nice to be able to "upload" (yes, again server backend needed
there) the file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest zip available

The same as issue #26. Server backends should be necessary _only_ for design
saving/loading/importing.
