Two patchs in one

Summary : Index not fetched (for both PGsql and MYsql layers)
Reason : I played too much with copy and paste, see the diff for detail.

Summary : Postgresql CHECK constraints removal
Reason : Those constraints are generated by the SGDB (uh DMS in English?) and 
are not relevant in any way.
