Demo site - index are missing #86

There are now indexes in the "default" XML schema. There should be, because 
foreign key constraints are defined...

WWW SQL Designer does not enforce automatic index creation for FK fields, it is 
up to
DB designer to add then (which is a good practice).

If you feel that the default design needs to have them, feel free to edit it 
and save
as "default" :)

I tried before opening this issue, but there is this message :

I know WWW SQL Designer is not supposed to correct the schema, I just wanted 
some 
italic keys to be displayed on the demo site :)
I'm packaging the "print as pdf" option, and I needed a good example.
