With this PR for netlistsvg package:

Dependency on yosys is removed. Not required by netlistsvg itself,
Fixed netlistsvg build script so it now packs the correct locally built version (instead of the one downloaded from a npm repo)

It's as green as it gets recently. And we discussed this internally, so I'm very happy with this.
