travis: Manual cleanup before deploy. #18

Cleaning up git repository with `git stash --all`. If you need build artifacts for deployment, set `deploy.skip_cleanup: true`. See https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/deployment#Uploading-Files-and-skip_cleanup.
