Music continues playing when exiting the application pressing the red button

1. Start the application and select some music to play
2. Play the music 
3. Press the phone red button (the one used to end a conversation)

This closes the application and the main phone screen is shown, but the 
current track continues playing. And there is no way to stop it until the 
current playing track finishes.

I think that the red button: (1) should do nothing when pressed during 
playback or (2) if it closes the application, the current playing track 
should stop.
