Swim - more detailed adjustments for timer

Hope this goes to the right place :)

These are enhancement for Swim that would be very useful:

1. Daily sync
- Enter time when the daily sync should happen

2. New sync type X with following properties
- Sync interval
- Time when the sync interval is active (i.e. between 8 and 16)
- Days when the sync interval is active (i.e. from monday to friday)

3. Sync interval generally
- time can be entered manually with accuracy of 1min or maybe 5min

Yes, these are good suggestions. I will spend some time working on Swim when 
there is
nothing else going on...
