cannot display arabic text #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When trying to display arabic text inside HBufC* fileData using
iControl->Body()->SetProperty(KHStrInnerHtml, *fileData);

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is displaying me weird characters like this ÇáÓÏ ÇáŞØÑí íÊÃåá

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I tried all the conversions, font change but still no suceess. Please help
