What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install any available version of M-IM on Nokia 6630 (Symbian s60v2)
2. Start the application
3. Setup a jabber account
4. Try to connect to a server with this account
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected to log-in and load the contact list from the server. Instead I
can see some little traffic in my connections manager. M-IM sends and receives
a few kilobytes of data to/from the server (I believe) and than stops. The
contact list never appears.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I tried M-IM v.1.3.2, v.1.4.0b and the latest one on my Symbian s60v2 phone.
Please provide any additional information below.
One of the older versions (1.3.2 I guess) loaded only one contact into my
contact list. And stopped after that. That cotact was off-line at that moment,
by the way.
I'm not sure whether it matters or not, but I used a 'jabber.ru' server.
