Scrobble immediately #650

Current behavior:
Mobbler scrobbles the track after it stops playing (and another one starts)
or after I manually switch track. (Of course provided that I have been
listening to it long enough.)

Desired behavior:
Scrobble immediately after conditions have been met (1/2 of the track o 4
minutes played).

Note:
Official Windows Last.fm client behaves the second way.

The official windows client does not do this, it just looks like it does.

We are going to change to the new Last.fm scrobbling API, once it is released 
in the
next few weeks/months, and we may do this then.
