You need to be a paying Last.fm subscriber to listen to Last.fm radio. You can
still
scrobble local tracks as a free member, and use the web services stuff like
searching
tracks and lyrics.

Actually, I see you only just signed up so should still have a 30 track free
trial.
"cannot listen to this radio station" -- this probably means there aren't
enough
tracks for this station to play. What station are you trying to listen to? Does
it
work from the Last.fm PC or web client?
"503 connection failed problem" -- this sounds like there might be problems
with
your connection. Does it work over wifi? Does it work with other access points?
"the tracks keeps on scrolling even though for some songs there is no such
error but
the song wont load i.e it just stays at 00:00." -- this sounds like it might be
a
problem with the equaliser. Does it work with the test version here:
