Hello. Thanks for the bug report, a few people have reported the same things
recently it seems.
Can you let us know exactly when you get the 403 error? Is it when you try to
go online with Mobbler, or is it when you try to start a radio station, or
something else? The more information you give us about exactly when the error
occurs, the easier it will be for us to diagnose.
Thanks!
Michael

Only If I try to go online with Mobbler, I got this error above.
When I want to listen to a radio station, the issue is: You are not allowed to
listen to this radio station or it doesn't exist.
But I know that it does exist, because I listen to it on the computer.

Same problem on N8, fields are filled. Now it says 'There is an error with your
data connection 0'.

Have you tried with wifi? Have you checked if your access point has a proxy?
See the FAQ: http://code.google.com/p/mobbler/wiki/FAQ

Nope - it fails both on wifi and edge (Vodafone, no proxy).

Double-check your username and password - also, last.fm now charges a $3
monthly fee to use external applications (basically anything else other than
playing directly from the last.fm website) so that is probably the issue for
99% of you all.
