The Webservices API Key supplied does not have permission to stream

I'm using Mobbler 2.10(314)
After app launched I'm authorized and Online.
Then just click Play and I see message for about 2 seconds:
"The Webservices API Key supplied does not have permission to stream / create 
new radio trials".
Same thing when I choose Load previous radio or Open new radio and then 
whatever.

On Mobbler 1.09(265) I don't have such problems.

This was tested on WiFi, Nokia E52 (S60, firmware v.052.003).
I am last.fm member and not paying.
I'm trying to listen to from Poland.
