sms fail to send on J2me #1050

I try to send sms via api:
maSendTextSMS("0644444444","test");
and nothing happen on phone , i use mosync emulator to make .jar file to test 
it on phone, then i same code build for symbian and use .sisx file to test it 
on phone and work perfect.
My question will be:
Is it possible to this work on J2Me ? And if it is how?

this is solved, problem was target phone devices
