Motris example non-interactive/unresponsive on Android 2.1 - specifically HTC Flyer device #1116

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install and run mosync 
2. Import MoTris example and transfer it to HTC Flyer
(HTC Flyer is an Android 2.3 device, but at the moment we do not support 
Android 2.3, so instead select Android 2.1 for this example. By the way all 
other examples work fine by selecting Android 2.1)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Application should be working/interactive. When I try to touch/select different 
Menus, they are not responsive. 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Tested on Device: HTC Flyer
Build: MoSync 2.5 Pyramid
