Bluetooth Server and Bluetooth Client examples do not work on Windows Mobiles

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install and run MoSync
2. Import Bluetooth Server and Bluetooth Client examples
3. Transfer these examples to any Windows 6 Pro

What is the expected output? 
Bluetooth Server should return Bluetooth Address, while Bluetooth Client should 
connect to a Bluetooth Server and pass key press or touch events.

What do you see instead?
I am getting error startRes -11 on Bluetooth Server, while Bluetooth Client 
crashes.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Tested on devices: HTC TOUCH 2, HTC HD2, HTC TOUCH PRO2
On Window XP
