NativeUI Program crashes as you touch in Web Tab #1123

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install and run MoSync
2. Import and run NativUIDemo example app.
3. Select Web Tab and try to touch the result screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to navigate the default plus any other Webpages. 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Tested on Android 2.1
OS: Windows XP

It looks like the WebScreen is not constructed in the same way as the other two 
tabs, so it is possibly a bug in the code.  I can't test that though, since it 
crashes on startup on my Android 1.5 (Motorola Quench), but perhaps it's a 
place to start.
