Easy interface to add new devices #1139

What feature do you request?
Now adding own device profile is not that easy: you should add new folder to 
the devices folder, get files from neighbor folder and add new string to the 
corresponding devices.txt file in runtime folder.

Why not add something like a small dialog, asking general info:
* Vendor
* Device name
* Platform
* Screen resolution

And do all the hard work in background, opening newly created profile in IDE. 
This would also decrease the flow of device profile requests from users.

The system as it is today is not designed to allow for new devices to be added. 
 We are currently reviewing the way that this whole device/platform is being 
handled.
