MapDemo hang when try to exit #629

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch MapDemo app on Nokia N70 (without SIM card or offline mode)
2. Select any APN or press cancel
3. Press Right Softkey or Exit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be able to exit gracefully and have to kill the task/process
manually with ActiveFile or other TaskManager app to exit. The MapDemo hang
when try to exit.

Some details for documentation and testing purpose:
- The version that i used and the operating system:
  MoSync 2.3 BETA on Windows 7
