Dingux build #82

I did some fixes and updates to the Dingux build, you can find the result here:
https://github.com/mthuurne/unrealspeccyp

The patch to allow compilation against systemwide libpng and zlib requires
changes in the makefiles for other platforms: they should either add
tools/libpng and tools/zlib to the search paths (-I) so '#include "png.h"' and
'#include "zlib.h"' will work. (Or switch to systemwide versions of the libs as
well.)

The Dingux build produces an OPK file now, this is a package format that is
already supported by OpenDingux for the GCW Zero and will be supported by
OpenDingux for the Dingoo A320 in the future. The package file is a squashfs
image, so it can be mounted and the application can be run from it without
requiring any installation steps (other than copying the package file onto the
device).

Please use any of the patches that you consider useful.

Hello!)
Can you send me a patch with your dingux build changes?
Or i can give you commit access to main svn repo.

I thought it would be easy to get the commits in patch format from github, but
it looks like they hide the feature. It does work though if you view a single
commit and then add ".patch" to the URL.

I added the patches as attachments as well, for convenience.

Commit access would be an option, but then you'd still have to tell me which
changes to commit and which not to commit, since the libpng/zlib change will
likely break other platforms unless their makefiles are updated.

i've just committed many makefiles for using system zlib & libpng if possible.
3rdparty libs (zlib, libpng, tinyxml) moved from tools to 3rdparty folder.
zlib splitted to zlib & minizip libs.
please configure your new makefile for dingux with this changes (see other
makefiles for examples).
feel free to commit other changes related to open dingux build.
i gave you commit access.
