File and folder create time isn't correct #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to create a file
2. Press 5 and check the date!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Symbian S60 Python 1.4.5, 2nd Ed FP3, N70

Please provide any additional information below.

The time is in the GMT format.

I created a function that returns the actual time zone, based on a file 
creation on the fly.
Set to: started!
