Touch screen support is half complete.
I'm implementing Kinetic Scrolling quite from scratch (thanks to some code for 
Qt, ported from C++). It works not so well but it is a start.
It is needed some tune in various touch screen related parts.

need to rewrite some parts of the graphical scroll bar, I think.
Now there are only indexes...and this is too static! Using Y cordinate should 
allow a nicer scrolling also for keyboard based input device, giving some 
kinetic scroll ;)
