Image Flags #81

Hi Ed,

I know this is a couple commits behind but it doesn't appear as if any major changes were made to impact the classes that I was working on with images. This will populate a search list with icons letting the user know if there are images, and what type of images are associated with a particular taxon. This was a feature requested by the Entomology Department at the Academy - I figured I would send it your way in case you wanted to integrate.

I'm working on including images for habitat soon. A controlling variable can be established in Symbini to turn this feature on or off. The changes files are:

E. Gilbert and V. Shirey met on 2016-05-11 and decided that the tag development in this code would be integrated into the image tag development previous done by P. Moris (e.g. imagetag and imagetagkey tables). The code is being reworked to implement this.
