group checklist spp. list by higher taxa first, then by family #93

Suggested: first by "phyla" - insects, plants, vertebrates, etc. then by family (order for insects)

A modification of this request: enable selection of the levels shown (perhaps with a maximum of 3 or 4 levels). For grasses, the interesting groupings are subfamily and tribe, and some would include subtribe.
